great heating excellent choice massive parking perfect location

I had a GREAT room heating. I appreciated the excellent restaurant meal choices and the breakfast. Parking was massive, very CONVENIENT. The location was perfect for the ovo.

The lifts experienced minor issues, leading to slight delays. Still, the staff addressed it.

The reception staff displayed really good friendliness and professionalism. I was happy with the upgrade I received. It proved to be worthwhile. Parking availability was plentiful, a relief.

The bathroom looked dated. Check-in was slow! Breakfast was Chaotic. There was a lack of organisation. Food elements were running out, needing to be delivered from the kitchen. THIS was frustrating.

spacious room clean room hospitality tray

the room was very spacious and clean. i liked the hospitality tray. finding out where to plug in the kettle was amusing! the staff welcomed me from check-in, bar, dinner, and breakfast.

i was offered an upgrade to the executive rooms. the room on the 15th floor seemed nothing special at all. the room was tired and needed a refurb.
